Any suggestions where I could find a replacement seat cover?

Is it to match what you have on the other seats,, or just to keep your seat clean and stop the wear factor on the bolsters ?

This is a retro ride .

A good automotive upholstery shop can also replace individual panels and make a worn seat look like new.

Cheaper than a recover, plus it will probably look better if done by an expert.

Is your current seat cover cracking and peeling? I had that happen to the drivers seat lower cover in my former 2009 C300. I just googled, and ended up purchasing a replacement from a dealership parts website. If I remember correctly it was somewhere in the $300 range at that time. It wasn't overly difficult to replace, but it wasn't really a fun project either. My current 2012 C300 already had some peeling started on the drivers seat when I bought it. This time I bought an entire seat bottom cushion assembly on eBay for $200, and swapped that in, which is much quicker to do.

Recently I discovered that the seat covers are removable and can be repaired.

For about $20 shipped I ordered some heavy duty gaffer’s tape intended for repairing leather and vinyl school bus and motorcycle seats and used that to tape the inside of my cracked passenger seat cover and then put the seat cover back on so the tape isn’t visible.

So far so good, but we will see how it holds up in the summer heat here in Texas.

Here’s a link in case you’d like to try this yourself:

Thanks much for the reply. I will take your advise. I've already found a couple of covers only on ebay. I'll hold out for the entire assembly.

Good call!!

Thanks for the advise. This has been a great car (over 260,000 miles on it). I had an upholstery shop replace the side panel sometime ago. Now the center panel split where the stitching runs across. For some reason the same shop claimed they could not replace the center panel.

Thanks again
