Mercedes Benz C230 2007 startup problem

Hello to all, I hope someone can help me. I have this problem randomly, I move the key to accesories and the lights in the dash do not appear and the car doesn't start, I have to remove the key and put it in again and then the car starts (sometimes have to to this more than 10 times), also when I'm driving sometimes the car powers off randomly, I have taken the car to get scanned but no errors, any help please?. Thank You

Here is a Video with the problem:

Assuming battery and alternator voltages are all at proper levels, I'd guess a bad EIS (electronic ignition switch).

Note that the AGE of the battery has nothing to do with its voltage output. A new battery (or alternator) can be bad, or, you can have current drains that discharge it. Check the voltages - you should have at least 12.5v at rest, 14v at idle, and no less than 11v while cranking. If all of that is good, then I would look at replacing the EIS. You can get it checked with SDS, but often codes are not stored for the EIS itself. Instead, you may find various CAN bus errors stored in other systems.

Thanks a lot for the information, I'll check for voltage first, I hope I can fix it, I have taken the car to a lot of workshops and nobody can fix it.
