The seats in my W203 had only a power backrest and seat bottom tilt. You have full power seats and your driver seat has memory. I am concerned that I may not fully understand how your seats work and I don’t want to suggest something that may cause you to damage an electrical circuit. In addition I have found that there were differences between seats made to meet EU regulations versus those for the U.S. (The air bag controls were definitely different and there may be others.)

If I were in your situation I would connect the seat harness you show in post #8 to the seat and to the door controls. (Please post a picture of the door control.). After you do that, determine how to apply power and ground to the system. That may lead to an answer.

If we lived in the same location I would be willing to look at the parts you have and give you a hand.

No problem, you are helping me a lot!!

I have here the switchboard and all conectores goes to the seat side. Pink conector not, goes to the belt but the other I think are for the different settings of the seat and headrest.

I have here the old module, is the same than new but new has one more connector (for the folding mirrors) and one more to the switch control (seat). I will take a pic anyway
