what's wrong with this picture? can u identify the part??

hey guys..

2006 c230 sport... 2.5l v6... right hand drive model.

at first i thought i needed a simple expansion plug replacement...

u know those 2 small and 1 larger circle plugs we push in the back of the engines?

before i ordered it online.. i figured i better check it out first...

i could only see the small ones.. one on the right and one on the left side... i didn't not see any larger round plug???

the 2 smaller round plugs were fit tight and bone dry...

but i noticed one of these vent things with tubes.. it was leaking.. more so on the left side.. facing the car.. left side... as in driver side.... cos it's a right hand drive...

anyway it was oily under...

i'm quite sure it was replaced before!!! still leaking! can someone tell me what size screw it uses? i think torx... something? i want to try and hand tighten if if possible...

so... next on.. as i inspect the car more.. i again confirm it's been in a front right collision before... which explains a lot.. why the leaks are on the right side.. the lower fog light is slightly loose... and other weird little kinks on the right of the vehicle.

this photo is the right wheel arch.. well.. where it is supposed to be anyway... must have been a pretty bad collision as you see by the big hole...

but i saw this purple-ish wire with a weird.. air hose type plug? it's not connected to anything!!!! does anyone know what it is? is it some sort of spray? or air actuator?

anyone know? i don't know exactly how to search for this online... makes me go crazy knowing it's not plugged in anywhere..

lastphoto!!! so those of you who may remember my whole string of unfortunate repairs with this car which i have owned for less than a year so far....

my entire fuse / sam box was flooded with water etc. etc.. so apparrently they 'repaired' it.. and well the car runs pretty well..

funny thing.. the auto fold side mirrors when lock car.. no longer works.. enabled in STAR and in dash the settings are there and is enabled... i suspected fuse box...

looks pretty bad still ifu ask me...

any comments on my fuse box? comments or suggestions please!!

well i've decided to keep this as a hobby car and keep up with the repairs... i've already imported a brand new engine intake manifold from germany... because i have a p2004... actuator flap thinggy... so will replace the manifold next month...

thanks for playing!! car drives beautifully though!!!! just the leaks drop on the exhaust and smell enters the car.. it's quite... distracting!!!

best.

t30 is the screw size, the purple air line is for adjustable xenon headlamps I believe, and the fuse box should be replaced with all that melting/corrosion.
