Interesting.
Marketed for Europe and Japan.

Vin # info attached.

A search on the parts for this specific vin# show no front end parts related to what is shown here in the photos.
All parts provided with the vin # show no bug-eye hood or related front end parts.

Nice and unique. But this would be a front end parts replacement horror, imo.
Unless these are somehow interchangeable parts off a w210.

Doesnít the 210 have a longer and wider snout? I wonder if the wings and bonnet from a 210 have been spliced on.

Did measurements to satisfy my curiosity on the w210 and w202.
Both hoods are roughly 56.5" wide
Length? W210 is only roughly 2" longer.
The w210 front end bumper assembly may be slightly modified for fitment (similar to how w163s ML55s front bumper cover vs. the lower model bumper covers have the same chassis with different bumper components for fitment)
As for the front quarter panels, I would imagine they would need to be using w210 panels based on the w210 front end bumper cover and hood. And it's the post face-lift (2000+) w210 model.
