Oh no - so sorry for you . I guess it has a lot more underlying damage than the naked eye can see. Was it still driveable?

No thanks God there is no big underlying damage in the car, I checked everything :
Central lock not working properly
Trunk lock not working with remote
Some speakers are melted
Interior is useless except seats
Paint bubbles everywhere
And the best part is car is driveable without any problem.
So it will cost me to repair everything about 2000$

Sorry to hear about this damage.

You can pickup a decent used w202 1998-2000 here locally for that price or less.
That would be a write-off here if it were to be claimed thru insurance.

oh i am sorry to see this. it would cost more to repair this in the USA. this is what we call a totalled car which is usually discarded and in most cases cannot be driven on our streets.

depending on how much these cars are in your country it may or may not be a wise choice to repair it. will the garage insurance cover it? i know some countries don't carry insurance anywhere and also these countries don't care how you drive a car. perhaps drive the car as is and then sell it to some kid who needs a car.

I dont know how much the paint has been damaged, but the bumper looks okey, and the taillightsa are easy to replace along with the antenna. You probably have to find a replacement rear door but it doesnr look that extensive.

Taillights are 120usd
Antenna could be 20 from a junkyard
Door would be around 100 maybe and the paint can be wet sanded and buffed out if not damaged to much.

The liner inside could be glued again.
