Need help on headlights and interior wiring

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and i’ve researched for a similar post but i couldnt find. My car is w201 2.0E and i’m into m104 3.2 swap. I know everything about the mechanic part, but i’ll need some support for the wiring of the interior, turn signals, radio, electrical windows, headlights and mirror... and pretty much thats it. The new engine will be running with MS II. just need to wire this things up. So lets begin to the issue:
After i removed the engine, i started disconnecting the ECU,KLIMA CONTROL, sockets from the old engine, ABS module (i will drive without it, but i will keep the module and the hoses (just removed the relay and the main socket). From the + of the battery, there are coming 2 main wires, one thats free and dont know where it splice with and the other goes to the starter. From the starter there is going 1 beam to the headlights and 1 beam to the fuse box. Every fuse in the box is ok and there is signal, there is also a signal in the turn lights socket. Is the starter like jumper between this electrical system so if i but it back in everything should work ? I will be some glad if someone explain to me why nothing in the car is not lighting and how could i make my electrical windows, headlights and etc work again. 🙂 i am sure its something so easy but damn... thats my first time i swap an engine..
