M276 Valve cover removal

I need to check the cam timing on my 2014 ML350 M276 engine right (passenger) side.
Removing the valve cover is getting problematic.
The current show stopper is the bracket on the rear of the head.
One retaining screw is accessable. Is there a way to remove the other(s)?
I need to remove the valve cover to ensure proper cam timing after I rotated the crank with the cam chain tensioner removed.

Thanks or your time,

Alex

And the beat goes on

Looked like the intake was off by 2 teeth. I removed the tensioner and eased the chain over 2.
I checked the cams at first with a gauge a friend lent me. The intake didn't fit.
After moving the intake 2 teeth, the gauge fits on both cams.
I think the crank is at #1 TDC (see pic).
I don't see any laser marks, lines, etching, on the cams to indicate proper setting.
What do ya think?

Well now that the sun has died down a bit (doing this job in my driveway), I am seeing some marks.
Do these marks indicate the exhaust cam is off? With the crank set at TDC #1 I believe.
