Possibly moving from 2011 ML550 to 2012 ML350

Hi Folks,
I currently have a 2011 ML550 with 98k miles in great condition and I am thinking about moving to a 2012 or 2013 ML350. I have 2 in mind right now a 2012 with 77k miles one owner and a Carfax showing that it was maintained by Mercedes all the time and a 2013 with 60k miles 2 owners with less detailed Carfax. I like my ML550, its power, the cargo space, etc... but I would not mind moving to a more fuel efficient ML and to a newer design by the same token. Any input comparing the W164 to the W166 and the things I may need to be concerned or poay particular attention about the W166 will be appreciated.

I can't offer any wisdom about the gasoline-powered 166, but I went from a 2008 ML320 CDI to a 2015 ML250 Bluetec, and the change was well worth it. The new vehicle is quieter and more comfortable, and the equipment is smoother and more functional.

Just make sure that the equipment level on the new one is what you're looking for, and go for it.

"Engineered like no other car in the world." That's both a bug and a feature.
