I've taken my ML250 to the dealer twice now. The first trip was to get the nav database updated. They checked it over and found a few things, but didn't pressure me into doing any of them. I did wind up getting tires and a full alignment because the car plainly needed it. They weren't able to do the database update that day due to not having anyone with the right access in the parts department, so hen I took it back a couple of weeks later, they gave me the labor for the nav update for free, just charging me for the part itself. That cut the cost in half.
Overall, I'm happy with these folks. I've got another visit planned for two Saturdays from now to do a transmission and differential/transfer case service.
"Engineered like no other car in the world." That's both a bug and a feature.
