WIS for R&R L&R Cam Chain Tensioners?

My new (to me) ML350 (M276 engine) is making noises like it needs the cam chain tensioner check valve install bulletin performed. I checked the engine # and it appears that the engine already has the check valves installed.

I've seen Utube videos of the right tensioner and check valve install but there isn't enough info on the video.

Does anyone have the Merc. WIS for the check valve install and associated timing chain tensioner(s) replacement?

Gunna have some fun...
