It probably won't work in a Trabant anyway. [;)]

I'm guessing that if you call the 800 number listed in the other thread that they could probably give you a phone number for a dealer in or near your country...

VIN

Short for Vehicle Identification Number

The 100% unique number associated with your Mercedes-Benz vehicle, not radio. It is located on the windshield, inside of door edge, your title since you own it, and insurance card since you insure your vehicle right?

VEHICLE: 2001 Brillant Silver ML320
MODIFICATIONS: Falken Koblenz 20” Wheels Wrapped In Falken S/TZ-01 265/50R20 Tires, Tail Gate Filler Panel, Rear Spoiler W/LED Brake Light, Bose Tweeter Sail Panel Kit, Projector Headlights, Chrome Door Handles, Window Tint, Chrome Rear Lift Gate Handle, Chrome A/C Dial Trim Rings, Chrome Turn Signal Light Trim, Debadged, Polished Roof Rack, Stainless Grille Strips & Harley-Davidson Bumper Insert

The only thing you can do is get in touch with a Mercedes dealer or representative in your area. It's a security feature that whenever the radio loses power you need to enter a code to activate it.

Check this site and see if you can identify a dealer in your country:
http://www.mercedes-benz.com/

Thanks,

Jeff
