oil in coolant help

My 1998 s320 has oil in coolant. I replaced the oil cooler and still has it. Checked transmission atf and level was good and is clean. Flush the cooling system and radiator 3x still has oil.

Engine does not overheat even in heavy traffic and runs great.
Cooling system does not over pressure too.

Bought a headgasket tester and the chemical remained blue and did not turn yellow.

Pls. Help. Thank you

Dont understand if the tester never changed yellow then its not oil that you have in the system is it ?

if the tester turns yellow it means exhaust gas is entering the cooling system and has a blown head gasket.

M104 engines (your s320 has it) are known for head gasket failures and oil in coolant is the usual symptom together with oil leaking out.

When a head gasket fails it doesn't need to have exhaust in coolant. there are many ways a head gasket can fail.

Hirnbeiss and plinker17722 like this.
