Does anyone produce good replica AMG kits

I am considering starting a project and have a penchant for old school AMG. I am aware of a C126 as well as a W126 locally. I ultimately would like to learn welding skills but if I take on such a vehicle I would like to have an "end game" in mind, for me AMG style.

I am interested to know if 1. good AMG kits are available from anywhere and 2. I feel I may as well ask if anyone produces decent widebody SEC kits. I am assuming if any, they will be fibre/GRP.

Anyone done this if some are available?

Thanks

The duraflex Widebody kits on eBay are junk
There are a few members here who bought exact replica kits when Henric made them and might be willing to sell them , be ready to spend several thousand plus shipping

Thanks

Can't find much about the Henric. Still all fibreglass/GRP? Am interested to learn more. I'm guessing then that there generally isn't a lot available..

Most people just ask about them and never really pay the $$ for them. Those who were serious bought them
From Henric and those that are really serious now can buy them from the people who originally bought them during the production run and never installed them

So what were the Henric ones like?

I'm wondering what was particularly good about them, and assuming they were still fibre/GRP? Any build threads with someone using one?

I don't see anything about "Henric" when I look online

I have one of the WB kits from the Henric batch run ( i think about 10 kits were made back then) and they are good quality. That Kit is going on my black coupe project

I also got one of the Duraflex WB kits to see what they were like and found them very flimsy (thin) which would cause headaches with waving issues & flex in the rear flares especially unless they were strengthened which is doable if your handy with fiberglass work.

Tim LaTrobe based down in NZ made moulds for them when he produced his own for his widebody track racer SEC and he might be a source to have a set made. He is a regular on FB under his own name if you wish to make contact with him.

There was a guy based in the UK who was making the kits as well and used to advertise on ebay. I can't recall his name though?
