New radiator - that is plastic under heat and pressure
Maybe possible to tap a thread on the inside of the hole and screw in a tapped tube of brass but not much plastic to work with - i would not chance it and certainly would not try gluing it with bondo or similar product

Damnit! Thanks! I replaced radiator in late 2017. Oh well. I was leaning on the hose to remove air filter housing to paint it and broke it

How aggravating. I wonder if you could use a rivnut with an oring or firm rubber washer as a seal, then thread a sleeve into that?

I fixed mine a year ago for $5.00. Drill that out to 3/8" (I think that's the size. With the upper radiator hose off and some paper inside to catch the plastic drill pieces), get a metal valve stem for a rim, which comes with a rubber gasket. Take out the schrader valve (save it for the R12 low side fill fitting).

Home Depot sells washers with rubber bonded to one side (another 50 cent part) and that went on the outside. PM me for detail or call me.

This is a simple fix that should take ten minutes, and you don't even have to pull the radiator.

It's a great idea, mramay, but I don't see the top radiator hose nearby in the pic for access.

Backwards radiator! Never saw one like that - all the W126's I've worked on have the upper hose right next to that plastic nipple. What is that one in?

I'd do it anyway. A coat hanger and some string will let me install the valve. A vacuum cleaner would let me drill the hole, the rest would be easy.
