I actually used a set of Napa branded wires on a 300sel once that worked great.

Sorry no. I got them from rockauto a few years back. One of their discontinued items things. It was supposed to be another brand but when I got them they were Napa Premiums. Seeing as how I only paid $15 shipped I just threw them on and they worked.

My former 300SE had Beru wires when I bought it and were still on it 12 years later when I sold it and no light show from under the hood

Some days it's just not worth chewing through the restraints

I have had great success with Spark Plug Wire Set NGK 54248 for my 560 and also for my SL. I actually bought mine at the lowest price I found.

You will see all the others you mentioned above except kingborne which I am not familiar with. But the resistance isn't in the wires it's in the boot. 7mm, 29-gauge galvanized copper core ignition cable with OEM specified spark plug and distributor resistor boots. Plus the blue wires are built to last a while and they look sharp. Just my 2cents. When in doubt go with someone known for being a parts manufacturer not a "reboxer" of parts such as Beck Arnley.
wooky_chew_bacca and Faiz Jan like this.
