Center console and recaros

Hi,
How do the center console mount to the driver side recaro ideal c seat? Does the mount on the console just slide only the adjuster knob on the recaro or are the additional parts required?
Thanks

Mike

Mike, when you say "center console" are you referring to the armrest?

Enjoy yourself, Marco.

Mike,

Check out my FS ad for one center console that'll look right on a driver's Recaro seat. You need to attach the arm rest mounting point from a W124/W124 to the Recaro seat and then just attach arm rest. I'm going to either weld or rivet this piece from a W124 to fit mine. PM if interested.

I could not get the link in your sales ad to work. I think I found the one you meant with a search. I can take a look at the mounting on a friend's w124.

Thanks

If you guys have any advice before starting all of this, I am all ears! Sometimes I overthink the process and make it more complicated than it should be. I was hoping someone else had already done this and could throw their two cents in.

Look I am after:

The driver side Recaro in my SEL AMG has an armrest attached to the side if the seat. I did not install it, though.

Al,
Any chance you could post a picture of the mount?
Thanks,

Mike
