If your window convenience feature failed more and more over time.....most likely it was your convenience module. And if you bought a JY unit, there's a good chance it was in the same condition. Other than going through and re-soldering everything on the module, member Floobydust or what's his name may be able to help you diagnose your problem further.

It could be the microswitch on the door lock. Does the feature work from any of the locks, including trunk?

Yes but those switches go bad. My driver's door switch doesn't raise all the windows but the passenger and the trunk do. Have you tested the other locks just to rule this possibility out?

I'm not really familiar with the model options ex-USA, but in general, there can be functionality differences between different part number CCUs. You need to verify that the new part number you have is a valid supersession to the original number.

When you say the windows won't open automatically, are you referring to the express roll down function on the two front window switches or are you referring to the ability to roll the windows down with the key in the door?

Floobydust: a contemporary term derived from the archaic Latin miscellaneous, whose disputed history probably springs from Greek origins (influenced, of course by Egyptian linguists) - meaning here "a mixed bag." - National Semiconductor Audio Handbook

Both they wont roll down by the switchs or using the keys

ok, if the window SWITCHES aren't working, then its something else, probably not the CF module
