New W124 TE and need rear facing seats

Hello all. Just picked up a showroom condition 300TE-24 but it didnít come with the rear facing seats. Looking for a set in grey leather to match. I am in southern Spain. Thank you!

note those rear facing seats are only suitable for fairly small kids... an adult will have his knees against his chin.

Thank you for the reply, and understood. I have 4, and the 7 and 9 year olds are beanpoles so they should fit just fine .

I have a complete set in blue MB tex. Probably won't work for you as not the color you requested and your on the other side of the planet. Keep looking and hopefully something will show up in Europe.

The rear facing seat works on kids up to about 12/13 (especially boys) and then it loses its allure. A couple of yrs ago I was behind a 123 in traffic and the girls in the rear facing seat were waving and hollering to beat the band. I thought WTH, then realized (too late) that I was driving the same thing but in a 124. It's been a looooong time since any person has been in that seat in my cars...lol.

I seem to recall that the third seat was an option. In the US, our base model is optioned up compared to European models.

Are you sure the rear seats were ever with the car? Accordingly, is the mounting hardware in existence for the seats and seatbelts?

It did not originally have the rear facing seat, but everything I have found on the vast interwebs seems to indicate all the mounting points should be there. Just need the seats and hardware.

Probably so, but the rear seat was an option even here in the States, as were the heated leather seats, cargo roller etc. A TE completely optioned out is a thing to behold.....only seen a few.
