There were lots of production changes during the W124 production era, just as with the W126 or as with any car really.

See if you know the answer to this very general question.

The W124 went through X phases during its production from late 1984-1996. X = ?

Excuse me? Where do you see I EVER gave advice on 400E and 500E models?? I try to stay with models I know, how about You?

And as far as Dave (GSXR) giving stellar advice, I couldn't agree more. He's the one that actually took the time to put slumboy in his place point by point without getting personal. There was a lot of good advice given in that thread about overheating and the 124 cooling systems....I didn't notice any of your contributions.
