M111 ECU module failed ?

Im having problems with my E220, engine is lmisfiring and runing on 2 cylinders only, I checked for spark on the plugs and there was no spark on plug 2 & 3, so I got a used ignition coil from a friend, swapped that with the one on the car, but it was the same, no spark on plug 2 & 3, tried another set of ignition wires, same problem. after that, there wasn't any spark on all cylinders. I checked if coil is getting power and it is getting power from the wiring harness, checked the wiring harness if there's any cracks in the insulation but there was no cracks and it has been rebuilt or replaced with the newer one, I couldn't tell becuase I could find any Delphi tag which tells the build dte, however, I saw a white sticker in near the battery and it was old and most of the text has been erased. However, wiring harness has been either rebuilt or replaced.

I went to the ECU and checked if all the connections is good, and I saw that there's a white stickers on the ECU it says a name of company that repair car ECU's I tried to call them but they don't answer to private clients just to mechanics, so i decided to remove the ECU and was written on it that it was repaired on 16.1.2010.

I opened up the ECU and looked for burn marks but couldn't find any except of this:
is this a burn marks ?
