MY 1980 - 1985 North America W123 Owner's Manual PDF

Good afternoon,

After falling down a rabbit hole last night, I found some PDF's of some various W123 owner's manuals for the USA/Canada market. Not one for every single model/model year, of course not ever model year had changes. Here's the ones for MY 1979 - 1985

These are the ones for the Sedan and coupe models. I'll post the ones for the Wagon in its respective forum.

Here you go.

I don't think it would be a good idea for me to create a signature. It would probably just be some shameless plug about me being a Realtor.

OK, so I just assumed the station wagons had their own forum. 🏾

Anyways, here's the ones for the wagons.

Thanx ! .

A shop stole the original booklets and parts book, etc., etc. from my 1984 300TD a few years ago....

You're welcome.

Sorry about the shop, that sucks.

Post Original Books

More than you realize ~ my 300TD is greymarket car that was direct imported when new and had the entire large set of various books for car, radio, dealers, heater operation (KLIMAII) , correct wheel lugs, on and on.....

I'm slowly returning it back to Euro spec. , I'm on the fence about the IP because it runs perfectly and has very good power.....

I bought it for SWMBO, she asked me to buy her a station wagon and _loves_ this car, every where it goes folks ask about it, is it for sale blah blah blah .

I always wondered about the T series fuel tanks ~ 18 US Gal. including a 2.9 Gal. reserve means only 15 gallons before the low fuel lamp comes on, no wonder it needs re fueling more often than my Coupe .

They tried to steal the engine bash plate too, I looked for it and noticed it gone missing, when I said ' ?? WTH ?' they shrugged and gave me some lame 'it was dented' BS then deliberately cross threaded the 10MM attaching bolts *just* enough to hold it from falling off as I drove it home, I got home and jacked up and blocked the car, crawled underneath and spotted the bolts ready to fall out, removed and re installed them correctly, went back to talk to the owner, they were always too busy to tllk to me and closed up shop a few weeks later .

Good riddance to bad trash, why I rarely allow others to touch my vehicles .

Yeah... I took my car to a shop once and they cracked the one of my headlight doors, didn't secure my air intake and it gots messed up (Anyone have a 1986-1989 gasoline w124 air intake, I'd like to buy it from you, LOL) and left the car in direct sun for almost 2 months and it faded my "Daimler Benz Product" sticker. Not happy, a shop I wouldn't go back to.

You live and you learn

Thank you so much. Iíve been looking for a PDF manual for my cars for years. Also been searching for a used set on ebay, but they are somewhat pricey and with that money I can buy a replacement part, instead. Unfortunately, by the time I got the car all the books that should come with it were gone.

Question Original Booklet Value ?

Please define 'pricey' as I'm pretty sure I have a few original W123 owner's booklets stashed away......

You're welcome!

I got a replacement set for my E320 from eBay and I think I paid $32.00.
