I've checked all the usual suspects.

Any thought on where to find: 123-832-48-93

Some of the parts houses, Pelican especially, continue to peddle NLA items. Once one has paid for said item you receive an email within the next hour stating part is NLA and a refund is issued. This happened to me on a Behr radiator as well.

AND just this AM on an expansion tank supply hose from two online MB dealers: 123-501-32-82

If they can't find it....then I suppose it is NLA...

Kinda reaching that point of obsoletism of these cars, soon they will only be good for Sunday drives...sad really but we are in a throwaway society now and they make no money supplying parts....just bought a 3,000$ wall oven, that isn't even a decade old and I can't get 3/4's of the parts anymore...

I'm looking at getting a newer car, just so I can go to the local autozoo and get parts...

I think that the only sure fire way of getting parts for these cars are to get the non turbo bare bone versions that are still going strong in third world countries...

My parts man at the local dealer says MB will go through this every few years. Stop making parts then depending on demand fire up production again in 2-3 years.

Let's hope that is the case.

Still waiting on that to happen to the non turbo radiators....

I was lucky to buy literally the last one for my 78, now that it is gone....I am glad I have one for my 83...A lot of people are looking for them, last time I seen them for sale they were 600-800$...I paid 179....

I hear the oil cooler lines are the next big thing to disappear that a lot of folks need...

Impeccable timing on the radiator...big score.

Had to replace the radiator two years ago in the 85 wagon and very reluctantly opted for the Nissens since it was less than $200 vs $6-800. Spoke with at least five mechanics that said stop being OCD and do not spend the money for Behr. First time in my life I used a non OE part and its been fine. I did score a brand new Behr condenser ($150) for same car from a European distributor when I was told they were NLA in NA. Still hoping to run across new Behr radiators sourced in Europe.

If that is true on the oil cooler lines it's very bad news. Thankfully, I have two extra pair!
