A Real 6.9?

Check out the following ebay listing- no 6.9 on the trunk lid, no pics of the motor, incomplete VIN, zero feedback rating. What are the 6.9 experts thoughts? I would love to bid on a 6.9, but this looks fishy.

It's just a regular 4.5 liter. The speedo should read 170mph and tach redline @5000 rpm. Plus it sits too high.

The first few numbers of the VIN the seller posts are 116033 which is an SEL.
If it were a 6.9, the first VIN would be 116036

And apparently it was used as a vehicle to transport California coal miners hence the "miner scratches"
