Electric Anyone??

The first electric Smart (a silver coupe) has arrived in Atlanta. Wondering if anyone has driven one as yet. I'll be arranging a test drive on the Atlanta unit sometime this week and would welcome any observations from others. Best Wishes--Carl

A question to present Electric Smart owners.
What service the car require? Working in heavy industry I am familiar with electric carts for about 40 years, but it is different on the plant, where worse coming to worse, you can push a cart 300 feet to charging station and different when you are tens of miles from home.
One member just posted a question how to get a car with 70 miles range to the dealer 150 miles away.
Tesla seems to be doing well, but even with taxpayers "donations" the car is very expensive.
