Question Regarding 2015 SL 400 Trunk Accessories

I mentioned in another post that I just pickecd up a 2015 SL 400. I'm confused regarding what tools should be in the trunk. Mine has run flats. The manual states that a first aid kit and tool kit containing the following items should be in the trunk. Don't see the kit on mine.
Lug wrench
Alignment bolt
Wheel chock
Gloves
For TireFit vehicles (non run-flats), the following
Towing eye
Tire sealant filler bottle
Fuse allocation chart
Tire inflation compressor
Are these items really only for vehicles with non run-flats.

I'm assuming that I can purchase these items from the dealer, if I want to.

Thanks.

you dont get any tools because you dont need to change a tire. And if you want to buy a spare you can buy everything else

MB didn't supply my tow eye - I had to ask for it. Tire fit etc all there plus red warning triangle. No tools.
