Anyone finding issues with mbrace?
I'm just getting to the mbrace2, mbrace+, and Benz Apps that come with the car for 6/3/3 months. I like the phone support. It works well and questions are answered quickly if they are not level2. You may be on hold for awhile if it can't be resolved by level1.
The mbrace website works half the time. I either get in or I get an Internet Code 503 meaning either mbrace is down or it is working too hard. Whatever, that is not what I will be paying for if they don't get that fixed.
Went into the location services and defined a zone. Leaving or entering that zone worked great if you logged into the mbrace website to track the messages (see above). I was supposed to receive an email when there was movement in/out of the zone.
Can't delete the zone once it was defined. There are two ways to delete it and neither worked. So another error. Contacted mbrace on both the above...so far I am still on hold (meaning I have not received any answers at this point in time).
