Oxygen sensors

I have a 1997 SL 600 V12, I had the motor replaced at 60,000 miles since then the check engine light comes on. The reading on the scanner is always the same P0135,P0155,P0130,P0150,P0141,P0136,P0161,P0156 that is the oxygen sensor heaters and circuits. I have had all the oxygen sensors 4 times with OEM sensors, replaced the cats, replaced exhaust from cats back and now all the dealer has to say “ I would bet you have to replace a lot of oxygen sensors “.

All that is left is the computer? Has anyone seen or no of someone that has had a similar problem and how it was fixed?

I assume your replacement motor is from the same model-year, and the Dealers knew that too so those new oxygen sensors are the correct ones and works with the old computer in the car.
Did the Dealers say anything about the computer ?

I wonder if by chance something didn't get plugged in or plugged in correctly, or some wiring damaged during the engine replacement process. Or that the engine computer for the new engine is not compatible with 1997 MY.

If prior to having the engine replaced you didn't have this problem and since the engine switch you do have the problem, the cause of your problem is back at that engine swap. If I were to take a wild assed guess at what is causing the problem I would say you got an engine from a different model year and not every computer connected component was swapped over from your old engine, giving you a hodge podge mess.

Too bad after all that you still have issues, how and who did the swap? I would imagine if all the components were transferred from the original engine you would have few issues. It's not an easy swap there are a lot of connectors involved and damage to the harness would be possible

Yes it was the same year.
I have had it in 3 times trying to figure out why the oxygen sensors failed, the wiring were checked all were good. I asked about the cats, muffler and resonator and was told they shouldn’t have anything to do with it, I decided to replace those to eliminate them and now don’t know how to do

Hate to be throwing parts at it, but like yo said "the computer is what's left".
If you can borrow one that would be great but there are not many old V12 around.

Hi sir, what is model of Scanner tool?. I think you have to read the instruction of the manual of scanner tool. You can find some ways to solve the problems.
