Tried to fix my door panel hinge part number 129-727-03-35 that Is discontinued. All the screw sockets were snapped off except 1.

I may be temporarily defeated as the plugs are slightly off. So now I need to go through and re adjust *

Try using FLEX GLUE I use this stuff on anything from cement to plastic and it is solid. Hope it helps.

I will try some glue this time round. I got carried away fixing all the cracks so started installing the plugs. Love doing the same job twice haha

Last week-end I decided to take it out and sew a new piece of vinyl. I used marine grade clear vinyl that I bought on ebay for $25 back several months ago. I bought enough vinyl to eventually replace all windows. For this one small window alone it took me about 2.5h between taking out the old one and sewing the new one in place. I am very pleased with the result. Looks much nicer than the patch. My next move will be to do the same with the passenger side vinyl window and eventually the center one too, although the center one still looks ok for now.
This week-end I replaced the passenger side vinyl window. Took about 2.5h like for the other side. It is a long process but really worth it as it looks so much better now. Eventually I will replace the center window but it still looks good for now after cleaning it. All of that for $25 and 5h of work all together and I have enough vinyl left to do the center window.

Codes are just stating points… there is so much more info... if you know what to do with it…

DAS is a relatively new tool for me. The only way to learn how to utilize it's capabilities is to use it.

Ain't that the truth. Which system are you using and can it do calibrations or it just reads information.
