Be a little patient, he can take a couple of days to respond sometimes.
If nothing by the weekend send him a reminder.

Not sure why you are posting on the R129, but the only place I know of is in Taiwan (I think)...

I just wanted to update you, that I got an email reply from him. I just had to confirm the quantity needed, but will definitely place an order.

Thank you again

Simply because he has developed gears for the 129, so to me it just seemed logical he may have thought about coming up with a product that is not readily available, and certainly in need.
Enter the headrest gears for the 140.

As for the Taiwanese product, Im aware of those, but I rather wouldve done business with someone in this country.

I understand that.
I would contact him ask. The worst case you would have to ship him one of the damaged complete units to take measurements off.
If he is willing to do that again.

Hi royshepherd

As an update, I'm still waiting for the gears to arrive.

Also, not to worry, I'll post pictures of the removal and replacement of the headrest gears.

Best regards

Chicky.
Remember when you take out the unit to repair to determine the causes of the large (probably) gear crackling It is almost a certainty helix shaft bound up.
Read my post on how to fix that.
\Good luck
