M110 timing chain change

Hello all,
I need to change the timing chain on my W114 280E as it is up to 7 degrees stretch. My question is should I change sprockets, tensioner and guides as well? There is no slack in the chain and the top guide looks OK. What do the experts think? I have no records on if it has been done before on this car.
Thanks for your help.
I have also posted this on the vintage forum but thought that there might be more M110 experts in this forum.

Based on this thread, you should replace teh rails if they have heavy grooves, and the tensioner once things start to get noisy:
