need the 10 mm steering wheel bolt

Hi, does anyone know where I can purchase a new 10 mm bolt that holds down the steering wheel. I have searched the usual mb parts suppliers with no luck. Thanks Dave

I bought mine at a dealer. They ordered one in for me from Chicago. Not very expensive. You can also reuse w a drop of loctite if you want

It's their software and all online MB dealers use the same one. Just give them your vin number and have them double check.

And yes.......it can be difficult finding parts sometimes because of MB's nomenclature for parts. I bought this same bolt for my 2005 C230K and it was listed as "driver air bag screw" at that time. Go figure

I've got a few...got them from Reno in Vegas.

If you are still having trouble I can send you one.
