It's only been driven 83.000 km or 51.500 miles in total which also might add to the cleanness.
Well... I've been taking care of mine since it's new too (more like abused since it's new) but mine doesn't look remotely like yours. Even your plating looks new. I had delusions of re-plating my parts but once I got it back on the road, I liked driving it so much I just can't bring myself to laying it up for the length of time it will take to make it look like yours. I'll settle for pretending my engine looks like your engine. There... I feel better already.

Question for NYYYCE & EEEEZY - what is Leatherique? It seems from your post that it brings out ground in dirt in upholstery. The seating surfaces on my 107 are OK as I keep them clean regularly but the back seat of my G35 has succumbed to the depredations of a companion dog and really needs extreme treatment to restore the appearance. Soap and water only does half a job so perhaps this Leatherique would provide the necessary miracle.

I use Leatherique as well and is a good product. Really two products. One is Rejuvenator which puts the oils back in the leather and can lift the crud out and the other is Prestine Clean which is used to clean and maintain.

Home Page | Leatherique Restoration Products

Lots of stuff online on best way to use. For badly dried seats some will rub in a good quantity of Rejuvenator and then cover with plastic film and let it sit overnight. Works best if you can get some heat in the process like parking in full sun.

Thanks for the info Cavallino Red. I have contacted the Canadian dealer and am waiting to hear back. Of course, Mr. Murphy has to have his say and our dealer is located at almost the other end of the country in Niagara on the Lake, a mere 2,800 miles away.

I am sure you can find someone closer to home. There are leather restoration companies most places. Often furniture related. I did a quick search and this one popped up not too far from you:

Stuff is pricey for sure but as a baseline $ there are sellers on https://www.ebay.ca that list it.

16oz also listed. At least will let you know if the distributor is not marking it up too much.

Later today I will sign my title over to my daughter and FedEx-it to her along with the keys. I will reserve a valet key for the transporter driver which will come in a week or so. I am already experiencing 107 withdrawal anxiety !

Drove it to Mullsjö and back some 600km and it didn't stall once so the last setting of the timing made it a lot better. Still not idling 100% perfect when warm though, some missing on at least the 1st cylinder. Well we'll see what happens when i rebuild the FD and change the fuelfilter.

Rehabilitated my sadly sagging sun visors. Let’s just say if it rained on my sun visors the way they were...you could almost go for a swim in the water collected in them. There was no cardboard at all in either of my visors, no wonder they drooped the way they did...wish I remembered to take a before picture!

If it wasn’t for the P.O. who put garage door opener on drivers side sun visor they’d be perfect. Thought about ironing that out but that wouldn’t have worked, probably.

Last week the Benzer let me know that it needed a new steering damper for the first time, so I installed a new one today. I picked it up from my Benz dealer. It looks just like Bilstein units I've seen online, so I'm assuming that Bilstein is (was) the supplier for Benz. It looked quite a bit more substantial, and with a larger reservoir than the old Boge damper I replaced too.
