what Tow hitch for 1972 450SL

What tow hitch will work on a 1972 Mercedes 450SL? I wish to haul two kayaks so the weight will be minimal. I live in Alaska and take this car camping (it currently has a load of firewood in the back seat area cuz that's how I roll! ). Please let me know the part I am looking for to make this dream come true!

Iíve never seen anything other than the Oris brand (OEM? Dealer option?) on a 107. It requires cutting the rear skirt I believe. I honestly think Iíve only seen two in nearly 9 years of the addiction. I bought the other one which had a permanent ball attached, and the guy I sold it to @CA-280SL modified it to make it have a removable receiver. (OT, but I sure wish we could get in touch with Dennis .)

I would suspect you use the hardtop in winter. You should be able to put a roof rack on the hard top. Maybe not.

The way to transport skis was with a trunk mount rack that puts the ski tips into the wind. Probably not a good solution with kayak.
