For sure. I'm looking forward to getting some more info on it. Our friend is "completely opposed" to using the internet, text messages, or email, so I need to wait for him to send me photocopies of the documents. He's also taking some pictures (but he has to buy some film first) and mailing them to me.

Seriously. He should sell the 450 and buy a damned buggy.

Got some updates from my friend. Looks like the car was driven right off the lot (still looking for the city) and driven directly to AMG in Affalterbach.

And some paperwork. Looks like the AMG enhancements include only the lowered suspension/custom shocks, body kit, BBS wheels, Euro lights, and AMG steering wheel. No performance bits. More to follow in the coming days.

Looks like we're definitely prepping the car for sale - does any one have any opinions on what this car might be worth? What you'd want to see if you were a potential buyer? What questions you might have just out of curiosity? What the common issues might be with this year/model?

Why does the car have the US turn signals?

I would assume Federalization would require the parking/blinkers.

The turn signals are part of the Euro headlights.

I'm aware as I have them but there is no parking light unless it is added with a dual filament fixture. Maybe the parking lamp forward is required?
