Amazing the parts that MB still stock

I needed the three little rubber plugs that fit between the ECU and the firewall on th 71-75 djets. Part 1079870240 - They call them Gummipuffers! I bought 3 at C$0.22 each!

At same time, I bought the seal that goes between the air filter and the throttle body. Part 0010942580. C$12.55.

Great that we can still get parts for these old cars!

For what car - Good idea to fill in your User CP so we know which cars you own and where you are located.

BTW, doesn't seem as though there is any problem getting a tail light for a 107 for our NA cars. Not cheap, but available.

107 since that's the forum we're in. I want the European tail light lenses, slightly different from the US version.

There is more than one model of 107, even in Europe!

People post one the wrong forum all the time. A completed profile with model and location helps. How would anyone know you wanted European lenses.

They all use the same tail lights and I believe the US and European lights are all unavailable.

It is the lenses that are different. Outside forward color North American red European amber/yellow.

Not correct for US cars according to Mercedes Benz Classic centre. Mind you, at the price I think I might go scrounging first.
