Heh, no. That was like 3 years ago.

I’ll edit it to avoid confusion.

Aftermarket Stainless. They are from Vietnam so it must be the company that others here have purchased from in the past. $1200 delivered to my home in Ft Lauderdale. I have installed the rear and am setting up to work on the front this weekend.

I have followed the old thread and it was very helpful to me in installing the rear bumper.

This is interesting.
I've been thinking about purchasing these Euro bumpers.
I watched their videos and the bumpers look pretty nice quality.

I have some questions if you don't mind me asking:

Whats your impression of the quality?

Will they ship COD?
If not, how can one be assured the company will deliver?

How long does it take to ship?

Whats a reasonable price to get the rear valance painted to match the body color?

Carl

I believe the quality is good. Once installed they look correct on the car and don't seem out of place. I may do what others have done and order OEM bumper rubber strips. I believe these are hand-made...literally. If have watched their videos you can hear lots of hand-hammering in the background. So inside the steel pieces you'll see marks that would not have been left by a machine. These don't show once installed. I feel the polished stainless is exceptional. I was expecting some dings or ripples but there are none. On the downside, there are no installation instructions so paging through the thread on this site is very important. The rear bumper took some finagling to fit but if I can do it, anyone can. I am not sure what painting the valences would cost but I would strip/sand the thin flat black they come with and prime and paint yourself. I bought a paint kit with 8oz color match spray cans from paintscratch.com and did them myself. They sell a kit with de-greaser, primer, color and clear. I bought two kits and I had a little left over.

I don't think the supplier will ship COD. I noted the vast variety of bumpers that they sell and figured they can't keep going by stiffing buyers. I paid via PayPal or credit card (I don't recall). From payment to receipt I believe I had mine set in less than four weeks.
