Documentary worth watching.
It's called Last Breath and it's on Netflix.
It tells the true story of how a North Sea oilfield diver nearly died when his umbilical got severed (well by all accounts snapped like a rubber band) when the dive boat he was working from had what's called a DP blackout or runoff.
Diver was 90 meters (about 300 feet) down, water temperature about 40 Fahrenheit.
20 foot waves and 35 knot winds on the surface. By North Sea standards "normal".
Gives you an insight into why those guys get paid the money they do.
