He drove a Ford Consul, a high amount of talent is required to keep those crabs facing forward, and brakes.... that's when you had a fag and cuppa to settle the nerves. That generation learnt to dance in cars, by heel toe and Bach like pedal work just to keep those crap heaps running on a cold morning.

Drive - not driver

But in any case, he needed more than a smoke and cuppa the last time he drove that Consul. Hundreds of stitches and some reconstructive surgery. Has to be said, even after that, he was still good enough to play in Floriduh...

Beating the Hun, having half your face ripped off, laughing off swamp fever, sound's like the type of man who'd snap like a twig if he couldn't get his M&S roquefort and pasztet and had to buy Wensleydale.

Canada's Answer to Tesla Is a $15,500 Electric Three-Wheeler

Quote:
So how does it perform? Zero to 60 miles (97 kilometers) per hour in eight seconds, not far off a Porsche Cayenne. It charges in three hours, has a 100-mile range and reaches a top speed of over 82 miles an hour. Remarkably, it can somehow hold the contents of a fully loaded Costco shopping cart in front and back storage nooks.
