POS 1973 Mercedes-Benz 450SL, A very original 45-year old car and only 22,100 miles original paint, original interior, original hard and soft top. No rust anywhere - always a Georgia or Texas car. Always gargaed. Just spent over $12,000 on fluids, belts, hoses, brakes, suspension, steerings, ignition, injection and tires. Nothing was wrong with it when I got it, I just knew it could be better than it was. Everything replaced was age-related. All the original rubber on the car is still soft - not dried out. Always well-treated and cared for. Never sat for long. Amazing condition; beautiful paint.

This car is very different from the 560SL; much more raw and more of a 1960s big-engined GT than a late '80's polished roadster. As a pre-emissions 1973 car - it hauls butt. Interior stunning and perfect. R12 system very cold with no leaks Drives wonderfully. Original books and documents from 1973, service records from 1993-2019; three owners. All delivery docs and pamphlets.

In Houston - $29,900
