C Cortez To clarify -- some of the FREE EPCs have bolt lengths, some even thread pitch.

The official mercedes-benz EPC does not.

Sorry for the confusion .

It (mbepc) says it is an M8 x 80

find (or subscribe) to an EPC and it should be much easier
That is interesting. I looked at a few other cars/assys and they dont have hardware descriptions. I have never seen them listed in years of using EPC so I am surprised that one did show bolt descriptions.

Tom Kaiser Thanks to all that responded.

I have EPC but did not see the length on the pages I reviewed. I am not proficient in the new EPC so I apologize for my shortcomings.

rumb That book only covers into the 80's so all W126 may not be included. If it is a bolt used previously it would be in there. I just ordered a copy along with another part I need. Their shipping is very expensive...

When the book arrives I will look those part numbers up for you.

Tom Kaiser Rumb, thanks for the link. I took a quick look and did not see W126 listed specifically in the DIN manuals. Do you know how extensive W126 parts are listed in the DIN manuals?

I am looking for the lengths of N000 912 00 80 66 and N000 912 99 80 72.

Thanks, Tom

Bolt lengths vs part number

Does anyone know of a resource that lists the length of a bolt where the part number is known?
