Komrade 124 $9k-$13k depending on how much time you want to spend getting it perfect and taking nice photos.

IanB2 It's worth whatever someone will pay, if you've got something special and are willing to put in the legwork to properly market it, you might find a buyer willing to pay top dollar. If you don't want to deal with the tire kickers and lowballers you might want to ask less for a quick sale.

I put my '99 E55t up for sale last spring asking top dollar, it sat around till late fall and I adjusted the asking price a couple times, but I got a price for it that I was happy with in the end.

illstplaya A lot of it depends on the location. Here in west coast/central Florida, the few I see that get listed from time to time are usually around $6,000 to $11,000. With the average around 8,000 to 9,000. So maybe this helps you.

But of course condition of the car is very important. Some buyers may think that faded wood trim should bring the price down slightly, but the seller may think that's not a big deal, and the seller won't factor that into the price. Yet the buyer will.

I would check Craigslist to see what these cars are going for in your area and the surrounding area maybe a 1-2 hr distance. You say your car is in great condition so I would price on the higher end relative to the other W210 E55 in the area (if there are any)

khomer2 Price what your heart desires and what you want to let it go for; Anyone looking to seriously purchase one of these is going to be more diligent knowing it's history and you have it on this w210.

Locally here, I've seen sellers thinking they are sitting on a "gold mine" and listing on CL a (ridiculous) price that just wont sell (for whatever reason; low and high mileage, ga$$$ prices here locally are higher now than ever before, a whole slew of listings of W210s, W211s amgs show up, etc)
AND they literally sit unsold for months, years on end.
Prices as low as $9000cad ($7000usd), low mileage sitting for years... and of course, substantially higher priced ones listed for months, then removed by the seller, only to show up again, (when the weather has improved...) with a higher price.

Even the OEM amg monoblock wheels, a slew of them locally for sale at stupid prices imo (I think it's just a local mentality, sellers believing someone will pay their lottery prices). Again, posted FS for several years and of course, no concrete sales.

Help me value my 2001 E55

Hi all'

Thinking of selling my 2001 E55 AMG this summer. Having a hard time figuring out what a fair price would be.

81,000 miles. Black paint, black leather interior. never seen snow, stored inside garage for summer, stored for winter in heated garage with cover.

Been in the family since 2008, bought from original owner. Very clean, everything works. paint excellent condition, have some stone chips touch ups on hood, no accidents, but had some rust removed and resprayed by sunroof, and drivers lower panel door.

Regular maintenance done, all stock. tires in good shape.

I've seen them listed between 8k-15k, but that was with more miles than I have.

Any suggestions??
