The brass strip tab is 3/4 inch tall from the base of the panel to the tip.

Brass strip used

Swany Attached are some photos of the repair I did for the small inner panel near the mirror, hopefully this is one you're talking about. Both plastic tabs had broken off and one was missing so I don't have a photo of the one original attachment tab. I used some wire, a brass strip (to replace the missing attachment tab) and epoxy for the repair.

Eddieba I have everything working now but the panel (covering the driver mirror) seems to be loose. Does anyone know how long that littlenob that attaches to the door on that should be? I am wonder if I broke the tip off.

smata67 The tweeter, which is a nominal 4 ohm, should measure about 3.2 ohm. The woofer should measure .8 ohm, it is a nominal 1 ohm. If you press on the woofer back and forth and feel rubbing, the voice coil is warped (a warped cone which happens when they get wet will do this also) and it will make a lot of static when playing. Both of your measurements aren't too much out of line in my opinion.

Spearfish The number for the small speakers is 133620. Incidently, the number for the large speakers is still 171800. The small speakers are 40 and the large speakers are now 60.
