The oil cooler and radiator are bolted together and set into the slightly tapered channel.
The keeper springs on either side of the assembly keep tension on the top of the rubber side blocks.
The spring on the PS is hard to remove with the wind deflector (behind the headlights) being in the way.
You may have to remove the PS headlight bracket to access the three sheet metal screws that hold the wind deflector in place.

I've found it helpful to narrow the width of the oil cooler/radiator assembly.
Remove the nuts on the two carriage bolts that hold the oil cooler to the radiator.
Then you can wiggle the bolts out enough to shift the oil cooler towards the radiator a mm or so with a pry bar or large screwdriver.

Of course, by this point you should have already removed the keeper springs, fan shroud, coolant hoses, engine oil cooler hoses and transmission oil cooler hoses.
A penetrant soak to free the rubber to metal adhesion is definitely helpful.

On stubborn radiators that would not budge when pulling from above, I've pushed up from below with a trolley jack placed under the sturdier oil cooler.
Then I rocked the radiator side to side while pulling up on it, this allowed the radiator to finally creep upwards and out.

SIP6A Thank you for your welcome and post.

I went out and gave the mounts a good soaking of my favorite juice (Kroil) it didn't do any good the short time I let it soak. So I got a piece of .010 x 1/2" feeler stock and with some effort I was able to slip it in between the rubber and the radiator on both sides of the top mounts. To get at the bottom ones I will have to get under the car. Will let it soak until tomorrow and give it another go.

Welcome SIP6A,

After 15 years sitting in a cool moist environment, most likely the radiator is rusted into the steel channels.
Try using a good rust penetration spray to loosen the radiator edges from the channel itself. Rubber mallet or similar to tap gently on the channels (not so much on the rad, if you are planning to salvage it) to loosen it from the years of sitting.

This radiator has rubber blocks on each side of the radiator that fit into steel channels. The rubber is still fairly soft but is stuck in these steel channels.
