|rumb||Just have an oil change place do the oil. Be sure to specify the correct oil and use a good brand of oil and filter. Or just have indi do the entire job.|

It should not harm your warranty status. Just make sure you keep the
receipts listing the parts and labor from the independent shop.

C-300 Service B
I purchased a loaner C-300 in May 2018 with 9,000 miles. Service A was performed by the dealership. A year later (May 2019) and only 2,000 additional miles (total 11,000 miles), the car is indicating to perform service B. The major work in service B is oil/filter change and the rest is fluid level check and cabin air filter and its costs about $650.00. My questions is "Can I just do the oil change at the dealer ship and the rest by another les expensive mechanic? By doing that am I jeopardizing the warranty coverage?
