SLC 180 battery drain

gentlemen, i will use 4chan style to don't waste our time so story time:

owner of R170, loved the car, sold it

current owner of SLC180

something drains battery

battery tested - OK

after locking car - noise coming from engine department

noise is on, then off, then on again

located that fuse nr. F32 is under 3.2A current on/off randomly

when F32 removed - noise is not present anymore and battery drain is low

F32 is 40A fuse - Engine electronics (nothing more detailed)

also when F32 is present, F28 (instrument cluster) has some unknown but high current in it

vibrations in motor area found on hose A1728301700/ZGS001

it's hose line in cooling department

so.. there's clearly some electronic part working, taking 3.2A from battery even when car is turned off, going on and off in "random" times, and it is with 99% precision something connected to cooling system

..any ideas gentlemen..? is there any electric pump in system what can go wrong? or some driving electronics?

btw one relay very close to F32 seems to be connected somehow in this issue but I have swapped the relay for identical one to be sure it is not a relay problem (relay is like 0.5cm located from F32)

thanks for any ideas (warranty problematic/not first owner so that's why I'm asking first here. I will try dealer but maybe some good ideas I will read here)

thanks in advance...
