It is not a repost here as far as I can tell. I have seen it before when was obsessed the 190 2.3 16v cars.

Here is an article with a list of most of the drivers in the race that day and Senna smoked them all.

Senna's personal W201 16V was mentioned on the forum when it sold in the UK, same with his Gen I orient red W126 SEC that was highly modified under the skin,
Both were RHD I think.
I like my 201 2.6 in the city (just broke 100k) because of it's extremely tight turning radius and general maneuverability (the sportline and 16V has a slightly more direct steering box). It's just when you installed sportline springs with Bilstein yellow and 400E brakes, fixed up all control arms and bushes incl subframe, you realize how much more power the chassis could handle. the W202's AMG 3.6 would be nice
Cheers

I love the W201. Still do. My first demo working for an MB dealer was a 2.3 16v manual trans and it was way ahead of its time.

Then some doctor's kid bought it as his first car. I missed my demo so much a few years later I bought its twin and had it 7 years.
