I am shocked that that motorcar is not already in the Mercedes-Benz museum in Stuttgart! If Mercedes is smart they would acquire for their collection. There are no words for such a brilliant race car like that. There are only 2 others that come to mind in terms of equal significance - The Sterling Moss Mille Miglia #722 car - The 1989 LeMans winning Sauber C9 (my personal favorite) Thanks Teutone..

The young man from Fangio's hometown he took along to Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz and Maserati as his personal mechanic is still around and lives in North Hollywood.
