Hi All I have a 2000 ml270 cdi for some time I have had a problem with the engine hunting or pulsing on start up, had the air flow sensor replaced & codes cleared & all seemed ok. Have recently went on a long trip through the snowy mountains on getting home the hunting has returned car runs ok after it warms up. I would appreciate any clues as to what might be causing this problem thanks in advance Bruce.

Hey Bruce, post what codes you had show up before, and what codes are showing now, if any. Time to get a code reader if you dont already have one....

Time to invest in a $20 bluetooth adapter and benz cable with a free app to read codes yourself!

But you need a smartphone? Mine doesn't have any memory available. Or maybe there is an app that will run on my computer? But not sure my laptop has Bluetooth.

As you probably know - I am the last person who can deal with firmware, but my $29 android has flashlight, has construction level, will operate lights and pumps in my house, will read weather station, will support Torque Pro for cars troubleshooting and will work with gate camera, not even talking about google maps with live traffic.
I would love to have all those things on laptop, but per my search >>> can't do that.
The only thing that has dual apps are my house thermostats and weather stations.
