fuel door won't open

My CLS55 has a fuel door that won't open. I know there is supposed to be a manual pull cord or something inside the trunk close to the fuel fill but I can't find it. Help please.

You could disconect the battery for 30 mins and then reconect. But dont do this if you dont have the radio code --sopme you do some dont . And you will need to reset the system if you remove the battery conections .
Also to make it easy on me and sothat i dont have to print it off see picture ,Thats if battery removel solves nothing, pictures in next post
